After discussing your preferences, you'll receive a separate product quote for approval. Customized products must be paid for before production begins.

Want a body cream or sugar scrub personalized with a selection of botanical oils or essential oil options? This service allows you to explore customization options for a more personal body-care experience.

Your customization experience includes:

• A discussion of your skincare preferences, desired texture and fragrance.

• Selection from available, suitable botanical oils and essential oil options.

• Personalized options for your Shea All Over body cream or sugar scrub.

• A custom product quote based on your selection, size and ingredients.

• Guidance on the intended cosmetic use and proper product application.

How it works: Begin with a consultation so we can discuss your preferences and available customization options. Your customized product will be priced separately based on the agreed formulation and product size.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 Options:

Clients will advise at the start of the Tier 1 consultation if they would like to upgrade to either the Tier 2 or Tier 3 options.  This upgrade will be billed during the appointment.

SAO Consultation Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment and booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your SAO Natural Skincare Consultation. 

Nonrefundable booking fees

All consultation booking fees are nonrefundable when a customer cancels, misses an appointment, or chooses not to proceed with the consultation, except where a refund is required by applicable law or stated elsewhere in this policy.

Rescheduling

Please request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Shea All Over. Requests made with less notice may be treated as a missed appointment.

Late arrivals and missed appointments

If you arrive late, your consultation may be shortened to avoid delaying other appointments. Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited.

If Shea All Over cancels

If Shea All Over cancels your appointment and cannot provide the service, you may choose a full refund of the consultation fee or a rescheduled appointment.

Customized products

Tier 3 consultation fees cover the consultation only. Customized products are priced separately, and production begins only after you approve the product quote and complete payment. Any cancellation or refund terms for customized product orders will be communicated before purchase.
